Marian (Baiko) Dougherty

Marian Dougherty (nee Baiko) age 95 of Brecksville passed away peacefully Sunday, May 31, 2020. Beloved wife of the late John E. Dougherty; loving mother of Tom (Ramona) and Bill Dougherty; Grandmother of Ines and John E.; dear sister of the late Nick Baiko. Marian loved flower arranging and was active with flower shows as a judge. She was also a member of several area garden clubs.

A memorial gathering will be held at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, Ohio 44141 on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 5-7 pm. Marian's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Basil the Great Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, Ohio on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 10 am. Please meet at the church and masks are required. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. Memorial donations in Marian's name can be made to St. Basil the Great Liturgical Tribute Fund.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the number of people allowed inside the funeral home at any given time will be limited and therefore you may be waiting outside for a period of time. Please come dressed based on the weather. We are requesting all guests wear masks. If you are experiencing a fever, any cold or flu-like symptoms or you have a suppressed immune system, please DO NOT attend the visitation or Mass. Instead, you are encouraged to express your condolences online or by mail.
