Dennis N. Ulrich

Dennis N. Ulrich, age 73 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023. Beloved husband of Sheila (nee Chambers); loving father of Patrick Quinn and Katie Ziska (Mike); dearest grandfather of Sydney, Lukus, Connor and Korra; dear brother of Jack (deceased) Ulrich (Doreen), Dianne Fiorucci (Eddie, deceased), Alan Ulrich and Kathy Dailey (Bill, deceased).

Dennis was a graduate of of Miami University Oxford, Ohio where he received his B.S. in Education in 1971, M.A. in History in 1974 and Ph.D in History of Science and Technology in 1983. Dennis was the Director of the Executive MBA Program of Kent State University 1997-2002; Continuing and Professional Education at Cuyahoga Community Academic and Student Affairs 2005-2007; Executive Director of Cuyahoga Community College and Corporate College from 2002-2005; Vice President of Cincinnati State Technical College and Community College 2007-2014 and also the Vice President of Work force Development Center.

Dennis will be remembered for his quick wit, intelligence, fierce loyalty to his friends, kindness, affection and most of all his love of his family.

Friends will be received at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 4-8 pm. Prayers at the funeral home Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 9:30 am followed Dennis' Mass of Christian Burial at St. Basil Catholic Church, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH at 10 am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
