Charlotte E. Biley-Johnson

Charlotte E. Biley-Johnson, age 69 of Broadview Hts., OH passed away peacefully at Holy Family Hospice on January 26, 2023, with family by her side. 

Charlotte fully embodied a spirit of love and kindness- offered freely to all she touched. She was daughter to Charles and Elvera (deceased); wife to Robert (deceased); stepmother to Kent (Jennifer, deceased), Matthew (deceased) (Kim), and Eric (Karen); grandmother to Hannah (Logan), Zachary, and Makenzie; great-grandmother to Landon; sister to Edward, Annette, Richard, David, Johnny (all deceased), survived by Beverly; and cherished friend to many.

Charlotte was a well-traveled, avid reader who enjoyed mixing in a round of golf now and then-boasting a hole-in-one on her résumé. All who have had the pleasure to know Charlotte were witness to her sharp wit, infectious charm, and endless generosity. Her gourmet-level skills in culinary affairs were unmatched, whether it be grand parties or holiday gatherings. Even in small impromptu get-togethers or one-on-ones, guests felt her gracious hospitality.

Joy and laughter filled whatever space in Charlotte's presence. Her innate charm and business acumen - the perfect combination-were displayed while she skillfully managed Cleveland's storied Competitor's Club in the 1970s and '80s. Charlotte retired as Vice President of Delta Metal Industries. Charlotte was a natural leader, fearless in her decisions. She even battled pancreatic cancer on her terms.

Charlotte will be remembered fondly by countless friends and family, all of which are better for having been graced by her love and care. A self-proclaimed gypsy, Charlotte was one-of-a-kind.

Friends will be received at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 12-2 pm where Charlotte's memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm.
